The 18th Annual Dinner Meeting of the Technology Leaders of the Delaware Valley marked an important milestone for a group built on a simple, enduring idea: business is personal — and we invest in relationships because they matter.

For nearly eighteen years, this community has met every month—without sponsorships and without membership fees—driven by the belief that building a company is hard, and building a technology company comes with its own unique challenges. Leadership can be lonely at the top, and learning from others who are actively leading, building, or who have successfully exited businesses brings perspective that can’t be found in books or theory.

What continues to bring members back is straightforward and meaningful: they learn, and they enjoy it. The conversations are candid, practical, and rooted in real experience. Over time, those conversations evolve into trusted relationships—relationships that fuel growth, open doors to new opportunities, and strengthen businesses.

This year’s dinner was a moment to reflect on what we’ve built together: nearly two decades of shared insight, meaningful relationships, professional growth, and plenty of laughter along the way.
Grateful for the leaders who show up, invest in relationships, and continue to make this community what it is.
