Jack A. Rosenbloom is the founder and Managing Member of Rosenbloom Law Group, LLC, a boutique business law firm focusing on corporate, M&A, commercial real estate and international business matters. Jack brings over 25 years of experience as an attorney advising companies and entrepreneurs across multiple industries and at various stages of growth in both business and legal matters, and serves as outside legal counsel and general counsel to a number of companies. In addition to his law practice, Jack has also taught entrepreneurship at Drexel’s LeBow College of Business, has worked as a consultant for Ernst &Young, is a co-founder of a real estate investment and development partnership, and is a shareholder in AHP International, Inc., an international consulting and business development firm.
